Doula and partners make a great team!

A doula works with partners to support them in learning how to care for the birther, encourage body feeding, and/or share feeding responsibilities and how to incorporate other children if applicable.

A doula helps to validate and enhance partners intuitive ability to nurture their newborn and adapt to their new family dynamic. A doula is professionally trained to recognize, affirm, and acknowledge a persons fears and can help build confidence in the partners role.
